For over 50 years, AuSES has worked as a catalyst between adademic and scientific research into solar energy and the industry that applies those innovations and brings them to the marketplace.
Now AuSES wishes to put this wealth of research and development at the fingertips of all members of the association – hence the introduction of our complete research library, Solarpedia.
So just what is available on Solarpedia?
Solarpedia launches with the following resources:
- A searchable library of over 1350 research papers on all aspects of solar energy and its applications
- The latest Solar Progress journal – online and full-screen
- Solar PV Best Practice Program – our best practice website, www.solarbestpractice.com , hosting articles, online training and an industry forum
- Video interviews with international speakers from the last Solar Conference
- Presentations on current topics covered at recent Solar workshops
- Search the archives of Solar Progress and Tech Advisor to download past issues
- Australian Solar Radiation Data Handbook
This is just the beginning. We are looking forward to featuring more international research through the International Solar Energy Society and drawing on our strong research and educator networks to deliver more information and more resources for AuSES members.
